14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be returned in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days before the refund appears on your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@agenciesturquoise.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To help us process your claim, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.

This is the quickest way to receive your replacement.

Uncollected Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the delivery could not be completed due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping and handling costs incurred before processing any refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.
