Customs & Duties Policy

For customers outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the prices displayed on our website or in your shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon import.

As the importer of the goods, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required by your local authorities before your order can be delivered.

Unfortunately, Agencies Turquoise has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount, as customs regulations vary from country to country.

If you have any questions regarding possible import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

European Union

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped according to EU regulations. No additional customs duties or import taxes are charged upon delivery.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused because customs duties, taxes, or import charges are not paid, any costs incurred by Agencies Turquoise—including return shipping, customs charges, handling fees, or carrier fees—may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shop with a Local Retailer

If you are purchasing from outside the European Union, we recommend checking whether Agencies Turquoise is available through one of our authorised retailers in your country.

Buying from a local retailer may help you avoid additional customs charges, import duties, and longer delivery times.
