Made from heavier 100% cotton corduroy in our rich Bologna Blue, these pants are designed to pair perfectly with the matching HOPE & LOVE jacket – creating a cool, colourful corduroy suit with an unmistakable Agencies Turquoise attitude.

The silhouette is wide and straight with a subtle flare through the legs, giving the pants beautiful movement and an effortlessly relaxed shape.

The waist can be adjusted with a drawstring made from sturdy herringbone tape, while belt loops give you the option of adding your favourite belt. A classic zip fly is finished with the same large, light-coloured statement button used on the matching jacket, sewn on with dark thread for a cool graphic contrast.

Practical side pockets are highlighted with biscuit-coloured contrast stitching. The same stitching continues around the raw-edge leg hems, emphasising the wide shape and giving the pants a perfectly imperfect finish.

A hand-embroidered LOVE message runs along the side of one front leg, while our signature “happiness” appliqué patches in Hindi add the final meaningful artisan details.

Q & A

How do you produce your fabrics?
We have sourced raw materials from our fabric manufacturers in India since 2004. We dye, print, and embroider everything ourselves.

Do you work exclusively with natural materials?
Yes, we mainly use pure cotton, linen, and silk. Occasionally, we create garments in viscose.

Do you work with multiple suppliers around the world?
No. Apart from our silk supplier in China, everything has been handled in-house by our long-standing and only manufacturer in India since 2004.

Can your cotton garments be washed at 40°C?
Yes, but we always recommend washing them at 30°C especially our traditionally handprinted block prints.

How should your silk garments be washed?
For a longer lifespan, we recommend hand washing. However, they can also be machine washed on a short, gentle cycle in a laundry bag, using detergent suitable for silk or wool, or olive oil soap.

Is there anything special to consider when washing batik-patterned garments?
Yes, do not leave batik-patterned garments to soak in water.

Wash with care
Wash only when needed and choose a low temperature whenever possible. We recommend washing cotton at 30°C.

Be gentle with delicate fabrics
Silk can often simply be aired between wears. When washing is needed, hand wash whenever possible. If using a washing machine, choose a short, gentle cycle and use a laundry bag. Never soak batik-patterned garments.

Embrace the natural texture
Cotton, linen, and silk can be ironed, but they do not have to be. Leave them unironed for a softer, more relaxed look.

Do you work with external designers?
No. I’m Elina, and I design all of our styles.

How do you collaborate with your manufacturing partner in India?
I spend three months of every year on-site in India. Together with our local team, I develop each new collection: from season to season, year after year.

Fit: Very flexible in size thanks to the adjustable drawstring waist. Elina wears size L.

Care: Turn the pants inside out and machine wash on a gentle cycle. Gently reshape while damp. No ironing needed, but they can be ironed inside out if preferred.
