PAISLEY BABY CORD FLARE PANT – TUSCAN MALIBU

Pure 70’s California meets Miami – with an über-hippie twist.

Our Paisley Baby Cord Flare Pant comes in a dreamy colour combination we call Tuscan Malibu – warm, sun-faded Tuscan shades mixed with that laid-back Malibu 70’s feeling.

Made in super soft stretch baby corduroy, it combines that authentic retro cord feeling with just enough stretch to make it incredibly comfortable to wear.

The fabulous digitally printed paisley pattern brings all the 70’s vibes – warm, dreamy and wonderfully bohemian. Think California road trips, Miami sunsets, vintage markets and barefoot hippie glamour.

Designed with a flattering fitted upper shape that opens into a seriously cool flared leg, finished with statement patch pockets at the front and a large, chunky plastic button at the waist.

Wear them with a simple tee or tank and let the paisley do the talking – or go full-on bohemian with layers, embroidery and oversized accessories, add pair of boots!

Definitely not your basic corduroy pants. This one really is an Agencies Turquoise collector’s piece.

Q & A

MATERIAL Q

How do you produce your fabrics?
We have sourced raw materials from our fabric manufacturers in India since 2004. We dye, print, and embroider everything ourselves.

Do you work exclusively with natural materials?
Yes, we mainly use pure cotton, linen, and silk. Occasionally, we create garments in viscose.

Do you work with multiple suppliers around the world?
No. Apart from our silk supplier in China, everything has been handled in-house by our long-standing and only manufacturer in India since 2004.

WASHING Q

Can your cotton garments be washed at 40°C?
Yes, but we always recommend washing them at 30°C especially our traditionally handprinted block prints.

How should your silk garments be washed?
For a longer lifespan, we recommend hand washing. However, they can also be machine washed on a short, gentle cycle in a laundry bag, using detergent suitable for silk or wool, or olive oil soap.

Is there anything special to consider when washing batik-patterned garments?
Yes, do not leave batik-patterned garments to soak in water.

TIPS FOR A LONGER GARMENT LIFE Q

Wash with care
Wash only when needed and choose a low temperature whenever possible. We recommend washing cotton at 30°C.

Be gentle with delicate fabrics
Silk can often simply be aired between wears. When washing is needed, hand wash whenever possible. If using a washing machine, choose a short, gentle cycle and use a laundry bag. Never soak batik-patterned garments.

Embrace the natural texture
Cotton, linen, and silk can be ironed, but they do not have to be. Leave them unironed for a softer, more relaxed look.

ABOUT US Q

Do you work with external designers?
No. I’m Elina, and I design all of our styles.

How do you collaborate with your manufacturing partner in India?
I spend three months of every year on-site in India. Together with our local team, I develop each new collection: from season to season, year after year.
